I Currently Own A 97 Ford Escort LX And Am Planning To Sell It Off And Get Another Used Car. Living In Connecticut And May Buy Another Used Car Within The NY Upstate Area. What Additional Fees Are Involved, If I Already Have A CT License Plate Can I Use That Agains The New Car Bought In NY Or The Car Dealer Would Ask Me To Do Additional Stuff And Any High Fees Involved When Buying From Another State?
